Applying for housing with us !

Please follow the steps outlined below and contact us if you have any questions about the process. All apartments are offered subject to availability, so please check with us before applying to find out whether your choice is vacant.

1. Download our application form and print it. It's an Adobe© document requiring Adobe Reader 4 or later.

2. Fill out the application completely, sign it, and return it to us via U.S. mail, including a check for the non-refundable $40.00 application fee. Make your check payable to Northshore Properties. Please make sure you indicate which property you are interested in. The screening process takes a few days. We'll notify you as soon as we get the results.
   
   As of 3/1/2010 the application fee is waived until further notice.
