Thank you for your interest in Northshore Properties. We hope to provide you with the perfect apartment. All of our apartments are rented unfurnished. However, If you rent from us we can provide you a list of residents who are moving that you may contact to possibly get you started on furnishing your apartment. This has worked well for all parties for many years.

If after you review the information you decide you would like to rent an apartment please contact us so we may set up a time to discuss the details. The next step is for everyone who will reside in the apartment is to fill out an application. You can get the application here. The $40.00 dollar fee is waived for students. Please read the other general information as well.

Houses:

Two Bedroom:

Rental costs of $625.00 include charges for heat and water. The electricity cost will vary on the amount you cook, the lights you leave on and the air conditioning usage. In general, you can expect to pay approximately $10.00 to $20.00 for electricity per month irrespective of air conditioner usage.

These apartments are available for a one year rental agreement beginning in June of 2003 and ending May 31 of 2004. We do have a couple of apartments that are available for ten months beginning August 1 through May 31, 2004.

This apartment is big enough for two people but since it is laid out as one big living room with separate kitchen and bathroom it seems to work best if the two people are a couple. The rental cost is $525.00 per month. Residents pay all their own utilities.

One Bedroom:

Rental costs of $495.00 include charges for heat and water. Other terms are the same as for the two bedroom -- But hurry only two left.

Studio Apartments:

Third floor apartment. This apartment is big enough for two people but since it is laid out as one big living room with separate kitchen and bathroom it seems to work best if the two people are a couple. The rental cost is $525.00 per month. Residents pay all their own utilities.


General Rental Information:

1. A commitment fee of one month rent is due with your application. If your application is refused your commitment fee will be returned in full. If your application is approved the commitment fee will become your performance deposit after you move in. If after your application is accepted you decide for any reason not to move in you will forfeit your commitment fee.
   
   
2. Parents of one and/or both occupants will be required to sign on the rental agreement. If the rental agreement is sent to your parents for signing it must be notarized.
   
   
3. No pets or water beds are allowed.
   
   
4. A maximum of two occupants will be allowed per 2 bedroom apartment.
   
   
5. We try to avoid subletting and the inherent problems be will consider it on a case by case basis.
   
   
6. Only one check can be used per apartment for rent payment.
